Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Plus and Pro plans are automatically charged for usage exceeding the monthly quota. API calls are billed at $0.015/call and product registrations at $3/item. You can monitor usage in real-time from your dashboard.
We support major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. All payments are securely processed through certified global payment infrastructure.
The Free Trial plan allows 1 month of free usage without card registration. All data will be deleted upon expiration, so please switch to a paid plan to continue using the service.
A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of service use. However, refunds may be limited if API calls exceed 50% of the monthly quota.
Annual plans are prepaid, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Upon cancellation, billing stops from the next renewal date, and no refund is provided for the already paid period.
