IOB Labs To Unveil a HD Skin Analyzer for Smartphone Users


The Hong Kong-based Korean IT & BT developer IOB(Internet of Beauty) Labs is to bring its high performance semi-wearable skin analyzing device, SkinScopy, on to the 2016 Shanghai Beauty Expo to be held from May 16 through 20 in Shanghai, China.

Combining cutting edge optical technologies and clinical expertise on human skin, a team of experts affiliated with IOB Labs has developed the device enabling smart phone users, either iOS or Android, to check out their skin conditions at any time or place.

The high tech gadget, with a small-size and light weights, features a capacity of 50 X magnification and elaborated analyzing software enough to investigate into various skin conditions like redness, pigmentation, pores, and wrinkles with unrivaled precision.

"SkinScopy is developed for consumer's personal use, but it must also be a good business tool for skin consultants and related business operators as it offers lots of practical functions comparable to those in skin clinics," says IOB Labs CEO Seok Wook-tae.
